Employer Company to provide Original DEMAND LETTER, POWER OF ATTORNEY, GUARANTEE LETTER, MANPOWER MOBILISATION AGREETMENT and EMPLYOMENT AGREEMENT attested from Chamber of Commerce and Nepal Embassy of respective country.

 

On receipt of the required document, our updated databank is scanned for the best available candidates and suitable candidates is screened by our recruitment export as per the required criteria.

 

Advertisements are placed in the local and regional media, in order to attract the best and good nos. of candidates.

 

Pre-selection interview will be conducted before sending the resume to our clients for final interview. For skilled categories, trade tests are conducted at approved centres.

 

Client to conduct final interview by telephonic, skype or live interview.

A reference check is conducted to short-listed and selected candidates and the candidates have to undergo a compulsory medical fitness test.

 

Candidates will be mobilised within 10 days of receiving the original visa from the employer company.
